We frequently get emails with tons of questions about our press releases and how they work. Although we love answering your questions and helping you with your press releases, we don’t always have time to answer every single email specifically. That’s why we created this FAQ section to help you.

How long will my press release be?

You can select the length of your press release to fit your preferences. We offer several different options, ranging from something as short as 300 words and as long as 2000 (or even longer in some cases). You will be asked to choose the length of your press release when filling out your initial request form. However, we generally recommend keeping your release as concise as you can, as people are most likely to read something on the shorter side.

How and when are press releases sent out?

When filling out your initial request form, you will need to select a release date for your content. On that day, your release will be sent to major media and press release distribution sites via email. We generally need one to two days of processing time to get your press release ready. However, we are able to complete 12-hour rush orders for an additional fee in some cases.

Can you guarantee that I will receive media attention as a result of my press release?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. However, the more press releases you send out, the more likely you are to receive media coverage. This is because journalists and other media professionals will start to develop brand recognition for you, which can be extremely helpful for catching their eye. We recommend that you opt for a longer press release campaign instead of a single press release. You may not have articles written about you write away, but you will be much more likely to receive attention later on.

Do you offer SEO press releases?

Yes, we do. We believe that search engine optimization is one of the best ways to grab the attention of both the media and just readers in general. We do charge an extra fee for SEO, because it takes more time and requires different skills than just typical press release writing. However, we believe that this is a great investment if it’s something you are interested in.
